Last updated: 02/05/2026

1. Seller and identification

Sales on vinolafinca.com are managed by CALEUNG HOLDINGS S.L., tax ID B85973527, located at Calle Aquilon 2, Local 10, Pozuelo de Alarcon, 28223 Madrid, Spain. Contact: caleungmadrid@gmail.com | +34 622 897 999.

2. Acceptance and availability of terms

Before completing an order, the customer may consult, save or print these terms. By ticking the acceptance box during checkout, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the terms applicable to the order.

3. Registered users and guest checkout

The shop may allow purchases with a customer account or as a guest. The customer is responsible for providing complete, truthful and updated data, and for safeguarding credentials if an account is created.

4. Products and legal age

The shop sells alcoholic beverages. The buyer declares that they are legally allowed to buy alcohol in their place of residence and accepts that the seller, payment provider or carrier may request age or identity verification.

5. Geographic scope

The shop is initially aimed at customers in Spain and, where available, other European countries. Final order acceptance depends on the delivery address being compatible with logistics, tax and legal restrictions applicable to alcoholic beverages.

6. Product information

Product pages include commercial information, images, vintage, format, alcohol content, winery, region and tasting notes when available. Images are indicative and may vary by vintage, lot, label or packaging.

7. Prices, VAT and shipping costs

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The order records net amount, VAT and total at the time of purchase. Shipping costs, discounts or additional services will be shown before payment confirmation.

8. Purchase process

The usual process includes selecting products, reviewing the cart, entering contact, billing and delivery data, accepting the terms, confirming legal age and making payment. The order is received when checkout is completed.

9. Order, availability and cancellation

Final confirmation is subject to stock, data validation, confirmed payment through Getnet and acceptance of the delivery address. If a product is unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be informed and may be offered substitution, waiting, cancellation or refund. The customer may request cancellation before preparation or dispatch by writing to caleungmadrid@gmail.com.

10. Payment

Online payment will be handled through Getnet or other methods that may be enabled in the shop. Card data is entered in the secure environment of the payment provider and full card details are not stored in the shop database. The seller may cancel or review orders where there are reasonable signs of fraud, error or unauthorized use.

11. Invoicing

The shop creates a proforma document when the order is registered and an invoice when payment is confirmed. The customer must provide correct billing data. The invoice may be issued electronically where the system allows it or where the customer requests it.

12. Shipping, incidents and delivery inspection

Shipping is governed by the current shipping and returns page. The customer should inspect the package on delivery and report visible damage or product errors as soon as possible, providing order number, photos and a description of the incident.

13. Withdrawal, returns and exceptions

Where the customer is a consumer, the statutory withdrawal right may be exercised within 14 calendar days from delivery, except where applicable exclusions exist. Exceptions may apply to personalized products, goods that may deteriorate quickly, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and certain contracts for alcoholic beverages whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control. Requests must be started from the returns page or by writing to caleungmadrid@gmail.com.

14. Customer service and complaints

For questions, incidents, cancellations, returns or complaints, write to caleungmadrid@gmail.com or call +34 622 897 999. The customer may also contact competent consumer authorities, OMIC/OCIC offices, consumer arbitration boards where applicable and the European Consumer Centre for cross-border EU complaints.

15. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by applicable Spanish and European law. For consumer contracts, the courts, bodies and procedures established under consumer law will apply. The European ODR platform ceased operations on 20 July 2025, so alternative channels will be indicated where relevant.
