Data may be disclosed to providers required to deliver the service: hosting, technical maintenance, Getnet payment gateway, financial entities linked to the payment, Correos and DHL, accounting or tax advisers, email providers, security tools and analytics or marketing providers where consent exists. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.
6. International transfers
If Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Google reCAPTCHA are used, data may be processed by providers outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards will be used where required, including adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms.
7. Retention
Data will be kept while the contractual or user relationship exists and afterwards for the periods required to comply with legal, accounting, tax, consumer and liability obligations. Consent records may be retained to prove consent or withdrawal.
