Shipping and returns

1. Carriers
Shipments are mainly handled by Correos and DHL. Carrier, service, timing and cost may vary depending on destination, weight, volume and restrictions applicable to alcoholic beverages.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times shown during checkout are estimates. Delays may occur due to logistics, holidays, transport incidents, incorrect data or required checks.
3. Delivery inspection
The customer should inspect the package on delivery. If visible damage exists, notify the carrier and write to caleungmadrid@gmail.com with photos of packaging and product.
4. Withdrawal and returns
Where the customer is a consumer, the statutory withdrawal right may be exercised within 14 calendar days from delivery, except where legal exclusions apply. The product must be returned in suitable condition, unused and with packaging where needed for protection.
5. RMA procedure
Return requests must be started from the returns page or by writing to caleungmadrid@gmail.com, indicating order number, purchase email, reason and photos where applicable.
6. Refunds
Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed through the same payment method where possible. Return costs will apply according to consumer law and the reason for return.
